second time...
...at mall of asia.
QUICK SUMMARY.
that was june 7. my first was last june 3, with grandma & my cousin. we hadn't really explored the mall that time. we just had lunch at burgoo & a banana split at crepes & cream. a must-try! anyway, this time, i was with my family. we went to the dept. store to buy school stuff. then, we ate at pho hoa. daddy checked out some stuff at ace hardware. we just explored the first floor. next time nalang daw yung second floor. haha. it was really that exhausting, believe me. lastly, we had dinner at aristocrat. on the way home, i started feeling itchy. i just shrugged it off and decided to take a bath at home. after bathing, the itching still hadn't stopped. i tried sleeping, but it was no use. finally, when i couldn't take it anymore, i crept to my parents' room and woke my mom. i know, it was an ungodly hour, around 3 am. but i couldn't sleep! my mom looked at it, and applied powder. she told me to go to sleep and that she'll look at the rashes again tomorrow.
THE NEXT DAY.
the rashes were still there. mother gave me a celestamine tablet for my allergy, & a bottle of canesten lotion for the rashes. thankfully, it finally wore off.
i have to admit, i really don't know what triggered the allergic reaction. all i know is that i somehow acquired it in 1 of the restaurants we ate at at mall of asia: pho hoa, where i had about two spoonfuls of seafood noodle soup & mango crepe ice cream; or at aristocrat, where i had pork barbecue & java rice (w/ java sauce). hmmm. maybe it's the java sauce. but i eat peanuts! my dad even joked that maybe i was allergic to mall of asia, and that maybe i shouldn't go there again. haha. very funny dad. seriously, he theorized that maybe i was allergic to the herbs & spices used in the soup in pho hoa. you see, pho hoa is this vietnamese restaurant where they serve healthy food. even the crepe was weird!
it is really annoying. having allergies.
I AM REALLY DREADING GOING BACK TO SCHOOL.
